International Foundation for Sustainable Education (IFOSE) works globally to promote access to good, equal, and inclusive education – especially in economically disadvantaged countries.
Our story
A vision of education for all
International Foundation for Sustainable Education (IFOSE) was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that education is a human right – not a privilege.
Our journey began with the realization that millions of children and young people around the world lack access to quality education. Therefore, we decided to take action. Through collaboration with schools, universities, and local communities, we work to bridge the gaps in education.
🌍 Why do we exist?
Education transforms lives – but for millions of children and young people worldwide, attending school remains a dream.
IFOSE was founded to be a bridge between opportunities and needs.
We work together with local actors to give more children, youth, and adults the chance for a safe, inclusive, and quality education. ❤️
Where are we?
🌍 IFOSE without borders
IFOSE is currently established in Sweden – and our commitment is growing. We work to reach vulnerable areas around the world where education is lacking or inadequate.
Our values
IFOSE bases its work on strong values that guide everything we do. They help us focus on what truly matters – creating access to education for all, worldwide.
💡 Education as a right
We believe that every person has the right to education – regardless of background, location, or circumstances.
🤝 Global solidarity
We build networks and collaborations across borders to create a more just and sustainable world.
🌱 Sustainable development
We work long-term to strengthen education systems and opportunities where the needs are greatest.
